Who is THYMUSKIN® Intensive Conditioner Balm suitable for?
Thymuskin Intensive Conditioner Balm has been developed for people with dry, damaged hair in need of care, as well as dry or sensitive scalps. It is also suitable for the care of normal hair and scalps.
- Intensive care that moisturises the hair and adds shine with long-lasting effects.
- Improves manageability, adds suppleness and helps prevent hair breakage with valuable nourishing ingredients.
- Soothes dry and sensitive scalps and supports the natural balance of sebum levels.
- Can be used as a conditioner, intensive treatment or scalp care product, and is also suitable for coloured or permed hair.
Can THYMUSKIN® Intensive Conditioner Balm be used on its own?
Yes. The balm is a standalone care product and can be used on its own or as a supplement to the Thymuskin care system (shampoo & serum).
Note: When using the Thymuskin balm as a scalp treatment, it is not possible to apply the Thymuskin serum afterwards. The Thymuskin Serum is always applied to a cleansed or untreated scalp. We recommend applying the Thymuskin Serum the next time you wash your hair.
What ingredients does THYMUSKIN® Intensive Conditioning Balm contain?
The balm contains the patented GKL-02 Thymic Peptide Complex, based on animal-free thymus peptides. The formulation is supplemented by ingredients including avocado oil. This combination moisturises, improves manageability, protects the hair from environmental influences and supports balanced scalp care.
How do you use THYMUSKIN® Intensive Conditioning Balm?
As a conditioner
If you’re in a hurry, a short application time is sufficient. This depends on hair length and thickness. Leave it on for a shorter time if you have fine hair. Apply the balm to the lengths of damp hair – avoiding the roots. Rinse your hair thoroughly after the recommended application time. Follow this with Thymuskin Serum (optional).
As an intensive treatment
Massage the balm into the lengths of your hair whilst it is still damp. Avoid the roots. Depending on the volume of your hair, an amount of around 20 cent to approximately one teaspoon (5–10 ml) is sufficient. If your hair is particularly damaged, it is advisable to extend the application time to 10 to 15 minutes. This will make your hair even smoother and easier to comb. Rinse your hair thoroughly after the application time. Follow this with Thymuskin Serum (optional).
For scalp care
If you have a sensitive or itchy scalp, massage the balm into the hairline and leave it on for 5–10 minutes. This promotes blood circulation. The nutrients it contains regulate and nourish the scalp over the long term. Rinse your hair thoroughly after the application time.
However, with this scalp treatment, it is not possible to apply Thymuskin Serum afterwards. We recommend applying Thymuskin Serum the next time you wash your hair.
